Death by Force

On November 10, 2024, 16-year-old Jamere Leonard Milligan of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life. A student at North Charleston High School, Jamere was found around 6 p.m. on Chestnut Street, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to the Medical University of South Carolina, he succumbed to his injuries approximately half an hour later.
