On July 27, 2023, 26-year-old De'Sean Xaundre Calvary was fatally shot in North Charleston, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. near Sorentrue Avenue and South Allen Drive. Upon arrival, officers were informed that Calvary had been transported to Centre Pointe Emergency Room, where he was pronounced dead at 10:16 p.m.
