On a summer evening in North Charleston, South Carolina, the life of 21-year-old Benjamin George Wagner of Summerville was tragically cut short. On July 20, 2015, Wagner was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of a vehicle on Benedict Court. He had been fatally shot.
