Death by Force

On September 27, 2021, 19-year-old Teishun Demond Norwood was fatally shot near Cox and McKinley Streets in Jackson, Mississippi. He sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day. A 31-year-old man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was also shot in the shoulder during the incident and remained in critical condition.
