In the autumn of 2022, a life was abruptly cut short on a street in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of October 18th, tragedy befell 43-year-old Christopher Wansley, a local business owner and father. Authorities were called to Greenwood Avenue at approximately 9:15 p.m. where they discovered Wansley inside his SUV, suffering from gunshot wounds.
