Ra'Kwon Backey, a 19-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, was tragically killed on August 1, 2017. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the driveway of his home on the city's Westside. Despite being a young man with many friends and no known enemies, according to his family, the circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, with no immediate suspects or leads.
