On July 28, 2015, Roosevelt Fluellen, a 63-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, was found dead in his apartment located on Bert Road in Arlington. Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after family members requested a welfare check, as they were concerned about his well-being.
