On June 29, 2023, Quynn K. Robinson Sr., a 35-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was found shot dead inside his vehicle on West 45th Street in the Moncrief area. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunshots in the 1600 block of 45th Street, where they discovered Robinson's body. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
