Tyrell Bartley, a 27-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2021. Bartley was found shot to death outside Passions Gentlemen's Club on Beach Boulevard. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the incident began with a dispute inside the club that escalated and spilled out into the parking lot.
