Marvin Levi Smith, a 19-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:30 p.m., in a converted garage home located in the 1100 block of East 15th Street. Marvin was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, leading to an investigation by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
