Omarion Mekhi Sparrow, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 21, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on West 45th Street. Omarion had just celebrated his 16th birthday eight days prior to his untimely death. His funeral was held on November 3, 2018.
