Hasan McKinney, a 29-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was shot and killed on June 4, 2009. The incident took place on the 1100-block of Passmore Street near Oxford Circle around 10 p.m. Hasan was found in his driveway, having been shot once in the head. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene. This homicide was one of two separate shootings that occurred on the same evening, underscoring the broader issue of violent crime in the area during that period.
