On September 8, 2024, Dambrelle LaShay Thomas, a 31-year-old woman from Natchez, Mississippi, was tragically shot and killed during an altercation. The incident occurred around 1:30 PM in the 1100 block of George F. West Boulevard. Authorities reported that Thomas sustained multiple gunshot wounds to her upper chest and arms and was pronounced dead at the scene.
