Destiney Brealyn Kennedy, a 21-year-old from Natchez, Mississippi, tragically passed away on January 3, 2017, after being taken off life support at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She had been shot on December 30, 2016, at the Natchez Youth Center. The incident left her critically injured, and despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
