In the spring of 2019, a family gathering in Natchez, Mississippi, ended in tragedy, leaving a community in mourning and a family fractured by loss. On the evening of Saturday, April 20th, 40-year-old Felicia Butler, a female resident of Natchez, was fatally wounded in what authorities would later describe as an accidental shooting.
