On a summer day in Rochester, New York, the life of 26-year-old Shaniece M. Taylor was tragically cut short. On August 15, 2019, police responded to a report of shots fired at a residence on Fourth Street. Inside, they discovered Taylor, who had been shot 16 times at close range while seated in her home. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
