On a tragic day in March 2023, the life of 50-year-old Nancy Emelda Caldwell was cut short in her Albion, Michigan home. On March 23, she was discovered deceased, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound, in an upstairs bedroom of her residence on West Broadwell Street. Responding officers and paramedics attempted resuscitation efforts, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
