In the winter of 2020, the city of Flint, Michigan, was the scene of a tragedy that claimed two lives. Heather Ann Flint Bonner, a 46-year-old woman, was killed on December 21, 2020. Her life was cut short in a violent act that also took the life of 34-year-old Thomas C. Biggs. The incident, a double homicide, left the community searching for answers and justice.
