In the early hours of a Friday morning in Saginaw, Michigan, the life of 15-year-old Khalil Kwan Amir Harris was tragically cut short. On August 23, 2024, the young male was found lying in the street on Hancock Street, near Bay Street, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The discovery was made shortly before 1:00 a.m., prompting a swift response from law enforcement.
