Farris Lamar Staffney, a 36-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2016. According to reports, Staffney was shot to death on the city's West Side. The incident occurred on Durand near Cronk, where he was found with an apparent gunshot wound. This unfortunate event added to the rising number of homicides in Saginaw County for that year, which saw a significant increase compared to the previous year.
