Jamel was found deceased inside a vehicle in Spaulding Township, Saginaw County, with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred just after 10:00 p.m. on Wilkins near Elsie Street. Residents in the area reported hearing gunshots, prompting them to call 911. Upon arrival, Michigan State Police at the Tri-City Post discovered Jamel's body and initiated an investigation into his death.
