On August 21, 2023, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Cambridge Police Department officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 425 Henry Street in Cambridge, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 37-year-old Kenneth Darnell Ramcharan, known as "Stixxx," near the back steps of the residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
