On January 30, 2018, Sharod Ileak Mack, a 34-year-old resident of Cambridge, Maryland, was found dead at his home on Wood Duck Drive. The police discovered Mack's body upstairs with two gunshot wounds to the head. Downstairs, they found Lasonya Corinne Sargent, who had also been shot in the chest.
