Khalil St. Croxie Reid, a 21-year-old resident of Laurel, Delaware, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2020, in Cambridge, Maryland. The incident occurred shortly after midnight when the Cambridge Police Department received a report of shots fired in a parking lot located in the 600 block of Chesapeake Court.
