In the cold of a Baltimore winter, the life of 29-year-old Donte Spencer Downer was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of Saturday, January 17, 2015, in the 2500 block of Presstman Street, a residential area in West Baltimore, Downer was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
