In the midday quiet of a Cambridge, Maryland street on November 7, 2021, the life of 18-year-old Jihad Y Brown was tragically cut short. He was walking along Greenwood Avenue with another individual, Zakariya Baker, when a man dressed entirely in black approached them and opened fire. The sudden hail of bullets struck both men.
