On August 31, 2023, at approximately 12:43 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 3500 block of Round Road, located in the city's Southern District. Upon arrival, they discovered 57-year-old Nina Dooley suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, Dooley was pronounced dead at the scene.
