In the early morning hours of August 31, 2023, the life of 57-year-old Nina Francina Dooley, a female resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. At approximately 12:43 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers from the Southern District were dispatched to the 3500 block of Round Road following a report of a shooting.
