Angel Morgan Heather Smith, a 38-year-old pregnant woman, was tragically murdered on May 12, 2022, in East Baltimore, Maryland. Smith and her fiancé, Yahmell Montague, were sitting in their car in the 300 block of East 23rd Street when another vehicle pulled up beside them, and two individuals opened fire.
