Death by Force

Pinky Louise Ruffin, a 65-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on April 14, 2018. Ruffin was an innocent bystander caught in a targeted attack on a 22-year-old man named Marques Patterson. The incident occurred on the porch of Ruffin's home in the 3900 block of West Mulberry Street in the Allendale neighborhood of West Baltimore. Both Ruffin and Patterson were shot and later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
