In the spring of 2019, the life of an 18-year-old female, Taylor Davis, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of March 11th, Davis was standing outside of her home in the 800 block of Appleton Street when she was struck by a stray bullet. The gunfire was the result of a shootout, and Davis was an unintended victim, caught in the crossfire.
