In the early morning hours of March 13, 2024, the body of Christine Liddic-Rozzell, a 49-year-old White female, was discovered by a parent walking their child to school in Northwest Baltimore. She was found on a pathway near Windsor Hills Elementary/Middle School in the 4000 block of Alto Road.
