Tracy Whiting, a 34-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on November 4, 2018. On that day, officers responded to a Shot Spotter Alert in the 2400 block of Francis Street. Upon arrival, they found Tracy Whiting unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medics, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
