In the winter of 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in an East Baltimore neighborhood, forever altering the lives of three individuals and bringing a tragic end to the life of 60-year-old Shirley Jordan. The incident, a triple shooting, unfolded on the evening of Friday, February 19th, in the 2300 block of Aiken Street, near Darley Avenue.
