In the quiet community of Fort Washington, Maryland, the life of 16-year-old Elijah Fletcher was tragically cut short on the evening of October 9, 2023. The young man was discovered inside a building in the 8300 block of Indian Head Highway, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
