In Fort Washington, Maryland, a late-night argument between friends escalated into a fatal shooting, leaving one man dead and another sought for his murder. Tony Terrell Proctor, a 40-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. in the 8300 block of Oxon Hill Road.
