Hoon-Seong No, a 32-year-old Asian male, was working at Fort Washington Liquors in Fort Washington, Maryland, on the afternoon of January 27, 2007. At approximately 3:30 p.m., two masked robbers entered the store, brandished firearms, and demanded money. During the course of the robbery, a struggle ensued, and Hoon-Seong No was fatally shot.
