On January 27, 2007, at approximately 3:30 p.m., 32-year-old Hoon-Seong No was fatally shot during a robbery at Fort Washington Liquors, located in the 10200 block of Old Fort Road in Fort Washington, Maryland. No, a resident of Alexandria, Virginia, was working at the liquor store when the incident occurred.
