In the early morning hours of January 4, 2011, the quiet community of Fort Washington, Maryland, was disturbed by a grim discovery. Larry Junior Watkins, a 38-year-old male, was found shot to death in the 2200 block of Tucker Road. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly troubling, as investigators noted that his mouth had been covered with duct tape.
