Death by Force

On April 19, 2006, in Fort Washington, Maryland, 23-year-old Jeffrey Gilbert, also known by the nickname "DC," was fatally shot during a home invasion. On the night of the incident, an assailant armed with a handgun broke into the residence of Antonio and his wife in the Fort Washington area of Prince George’s County. During the invasion, the assailant fired multiple shots, resulting in the death of Mrs. Caniglia. A witness identified the assailant as Jeffrey Gilbert, nicknamed "DC."
