On July 14, 2007, Christopher R. Wellington, a 24-year-old resident of Fort Washington, Maryland, passed away. He was the son of Gloria and John Wellington, stepson of Chester Proctor, and brother to Gregory Wellington and Denitra Jackson. A viewing was held on July 28, 2007, at Cedar Hill Funeral Home in Suitland, Maryland, followed by interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
