Larry Ellis Jr., a 33-year-old resident of Fort Washington, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers responded to a welfare check on the 3900 block of Kilbourne Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Larry Ellis Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
