Kinard Adams, a 24-year-old man from Oxon Hill, Maryland, was tragically found dead on December 3, 2018, in the parking lot of a shopping center in Fort Washington, Maryland. According to reports, Adams was discovered by Prince George’s County police around 7:20 p.m. in the 8500 block of Allentown Road. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene. The police immediately launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
