The incident unfolded in the parking lot of the Taylor Ridge Apartments, located near Northwest 36th Street and Ann Arbor Avenue. Williams was with her boyfriend at the time of the fatal event.

Her mother, Lashawn Railback, witnessed the horrific event and held her daughter in her arms as she passed away.
