On October 17, 2023, at approximately 4:05 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3800 block of Hayward Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon arrival, officers discovered 49-year-old Latiesha Lauray suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
