Jennifer Velasquez, a 19-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on May 26, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. On that fateful evening, around 8:30 PM, a ShotSpotter alert directed Baltimore police to the 400 block of North Montford Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered two shooting victims.
