On April 23, 2024, at approximately 10:36 p.m., Harford County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a shooting at the McDonald's located in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway in Belcamp, Maryland. Upon arrival, they found 19-year-old Sebashton "Ashton" Charles Nocar, of Bel Air, inside the restaurant with a gunshot wound to the head. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, Nocar was pronounced dead at the scene.
