Cyril Herman Lynch Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2021. The incident occurred in the 5200 block of Belair Road, where Lynch was fatally shot in a double shooting. Another individual was also injured in the same incident but survived.
