On the night of June 15, 2021, Cyril Herman Lynch Jr., a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 5200 block of Belair Road in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident, which also left another 26-year-old man wounded, unfolded at approximately 11:42 p.m., shattering the late-evening quiet of the neighborhood.
