Albertus Nelson, a 58-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on December 7, 2018. He was found with gunshot wounds in Leakin Park, near the 4700 block of Franklintown Road, just after 10:45 p.m. Nelson, who lived in the 2500 block of W. Fayette Street, was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a violent weekend in Baltimore, which saw multiple shootings and fatalities.
