On a cold January evening in 2019, the life of 43-year-old Charles Price Jr. was tragically cut short in the Windsor Mill area of Baltimore County, Maryland. On Friday, January 11th, Price was found shot, the victim of fatal gun violence.

Emergency services responded to the scene, but Price's injuries proved to be fatal. He was pronounced dead, leaving behind a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss. The Baltimore County Police quickly launched a homicide investigation into ...
