James McDougald III, a 33-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot in the head on July 9, 2022. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of West Fairmount Avenue, where officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a call for a shooting. Upon arrival, they found James McDougald III and another 40-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
