Randall Finney, aged 32, was tragically shot and killed on September 30, 2018, in the Belair-Edison community of Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 11:35 a.m. when officers responded to a reported shooting on Balfern Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Finney with multiple gunshot wounds to his head, neck, back, and leg. Eight .40 caliber shell casings were discovered at the scene.
